All our orders are shipped with FedEx Canada from our Oakville warehouse in Ontario.

An expected delivery date will be provided and most deliveries are completed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise notified. For further queries please contact your IT Yuda Account Manager.

IT Yuda Ltd will gladly accept Returns if you are not completely happy with the service or product you receive. The company must be notified within 30 days from the date of order and the goods must be unopened and in a resale condition. Any shipping charges, credit card surcharges or any other charges relating to the order will be at the expense of the customer. Depending on the circumstances of the return there may also be a 20% restocking fee applied. Any products that are opened or damaged will not be accepted unless they were signed for as damaged when delivery was made. Returns are only accepted after the completion of an RMA by the IT Yuda Account Manager in charge of the order. Any Returns without the official RMA number will not be accepted.
If an item is DOA or damaged then please immediately inform your Account Manager. Notification must be received within 30 days in accordance with most manufacturers DOA policy. In most cases an advanced replacement will be sent and the RMA paperwork will be raised and the products collected within 3 business days.
